Abstract :
In Turkey, some activities in order to accelerate economic development is encouraged. Especially socio-economic development disparities between regions of the country are very important to our size, sector basis, as prescribed in addition to the general incentives, incentive measures for some regions are more advantageous to make. Sivas, largely in cities around the area of investment incentives is one of the major cities. The purpose of this study of SMEs operating in Sivas is still in force in promoting what degree they benefit, to encourage SMEs in Sivas perspectives, along with encouragement of changes in SMEs activities to determine what is intended. Total of 38 SME managers in the context of research and prepared through face to face surveys have been answered. Data for evaluating the frequency distribution, percentage, chi-square analysis and t test was applied. Chi-square analysis according to the results of companies with incentives for production quantity, the number of employees, product diversity, technology and has been found between profitability.
