Abstract :
This study examines the relationships among distributive justice, procedural justice, and value commitment. Data collected from 173 employees in Kyrgyzstan. The hypotheses tested in a sample of general hospitals employees using structural equation modeling. Results show that distributive justice and procedural justice do directly affect value commitment. Procedural justice does, however, positively affect perceptions of distributive justice.
