Abstract
In this study, our purpose is to determine the various issues of nut producers in Samsun; this city is the one of the most important city of the haselnut produce on the world. It has been applied 320 surveys to these farmers. In the solution of these problems, even the causes arising from the world conditions are restrict the policies; it is possible to increase the productivity and added value of the haselnut producers. So, it may increase the economic utility of this sector to the region and the county that Turkey is the monopolistic position in this sector.
