Abstract :
İf it is thought freedoms are defended against political power throughout history, it is said that, having economic and civil freedoms increase the struggling capability and freedoms have a good impact on the development levels of countries, during this political freedom’s conflict against political power. For providing stability and growth together, the importance of freedoms is an overemphasized subject in recent years. An econometric model including Turkey and some Latin Countries is formed for examining the impact of freedoms on development. As a result of this analysis, it is determined that, possession freedom, commercial freedom, and not paying a bribe freedom affect development positively, capital freedom, and investment freedom affect negatively.
