Abstract :
In this study, organizational downsizing is discussed. The literature review carried out by means of a general framework for the study of organizational downsizing scratch and trying to contribute to the literature. In the study of downsizing in a modern management style and business for themselves in this way is a vital tool that can use this method to carry out the purposes expressed. Downsizing only in times of crisis also represents an extraordinary situation, but also a method used in the business emphasized as a competitive advantage.
