Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among ethical climate, organizational trust and personal performance and to explore how they affect each other. Data was gathered by questionnaire method. The research is carried on 437 employees working at a company operating in Gaziantep. According to the research it is found that ethical climate has a positive impact on organizational trust and personal performance. It is also seen that the ethical climate’s positive effect on organizational trust is higher than its effect on personal performance. However, organizational trust is explored to have a powerful positive effect on personal performance. In addition to this, organizational trust’s dimension of trusting on workmates didn’t statistically seem to have a meaningful effect on personal performance.
