Abstract :
Organizational culture can have an effect on individuals’ attitudes and behaviors in an organization. In this context, individuals’ organizational identification and organizational commitment could be affected by organizational culture. This study aims to put forth both the relationship between power orientation and organizational commitment and the mediating effect of organizational identification on this relationship in the context of organizational culture. The data was gathered from 69 people working in a private company. The analysis results showed that the hierarchy and power orientation perceptions of individuals had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational identification had a mediating effect on this relationship.
