Abstract :
While operating, organizations should be sensitive not only to their profits but their society and employees as well. This should be their primary aim. Organizations which are focused on just maximizing their shortterm profits can’t be said to have social responsibility. If organizations don’t have any social responsibility, this will effect their success adversely. Sustaining of organizations’ existence successfully depends on how they are perceived by the society. Organizations, employees satisfied with working conditions and feel themselves in confidence will achieve and will be benificial to the society. Ethics will lead them at this point.
