Abstract :
Day by day increasing the acvities of transportation is one of the most important causes of environmental pollution. Nowadays, tranporting activities are rank second CO2 emitting activities. Environmental taxes that preventation of environmental pollution are to benefit from new idea yet this idea, espacially in appliciations, that have proven sucessfull in EU. Although the very broad consensus to reduca Co2 emissions from road vehicles through taxation with in the EU, it have not identified to eco- friendly tax system.
