Abstract
The professional accountants may be effective on the tax behavior of taxpayers. Starting from this idea effects of the professional accountants on the behavior of taxpayers examined with the result of field research in Adana. At the last part solution suggestions were offered intended for increasing tax awareness and tax morale of professional accountants, also indirectly intended for increasing tax awareness and tax morale of taxpayers too.
