The analysis of relationship between vocational maturity and decision strategies of senior students studying at industrial vocational high school

The main purpose of this study is to determine whether industrial vocational high school students’ decision strategies predict their vocational maturity level or not. In this study the predictor relational (correlational) research model is used. The participant group of the study consists of total 275 senior students studying at industrial vocational high school. In research staff 75 (27%) of participant students are female and 200 (72%) of them are male. For data collection purposes, Vocational Maturity Scale and Decision Strategies Scale is used. He data multiple regression analysis is used to analyse the data. According to the findings of the study, it is determined that the impulsive, rational and indecisive strategies of decision strategy scale of senior students studying at industrial vocational high school statistically predict the level of vocational maturity significantly.
