There was no statistical significance between state-trait anxiety and perceived social support in this study (p 0.05). Although the results showed that there was no statistical significance between patients’ state-trait anxiety and perceived social support, it should not be ignored that hospitalization may cause anxiety in patients and their families or crisis.
