Abstract :
Pulmonary thromboendarterectomy (PTE) is an effective method in the treatment ofchronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). Today, PTE oparetion isincreasing. Besides a successful surgical technique, result of the successful PTE dependson the quality of nursing care.However, after reviewing the literature, resources aboutnursing care after PTE were not found. Nursing care after PTE includes both nursing careof open cardiac surgery and nursing care of complication related to PTE. This article iswritten due to showing the way of nursing care after pulmonarythromboendarterectomy.
