Abstract
Disability is part of the human condition. The analysis of the Global Burden of Disease2004 data for this Report estimates that 15.3% of the world population had moderate or severedisability. According to Turkey Disability Survey (2002) disability is 12.29 % of the total population.The aim of this study is to give information nurses who scaring handicap person and are importantplace between health professional about accepted classification and definitions of handicap in ourcountry and world, statistical datas of children with handicap, rights of children with handicap inTurkey and world, education and health condition of children with handicap.
