Abstract :
Pregnancy, physiological changes occur as a result of a team that creates problems even in healthy women . Especially water and sodium retention, respiratory and circulatory functions are negatively affected. Pregnancy in airway mucosa hyperemia, mucosal edema and hypersecretion fragility is available from the beginning of pregnancy , especially maximizes 3 trimester . Respiratory tract infections are the most common reason patients seek medical attention are among the making . Pregnancy, acute and chronic respiratory diseases complicated, making it a respiratory disease in pregnancy is also complicating pregnancy . In pregnant women ; physiological adaptation to the mother s pregnancy, the change in susceptibility to disease , fetal meet the needs and the effects of drugs on the fetus should be considered as special cases . Complications in the early stages of health promoting activities, timely intervention , supervision, and professional care requires a multidisciplinary approach .
