Abstract :
The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services (CIMS) is a coalition of individuals and national organizations with concern for the care and wellbeing of mothers, babies, and families. The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services (CIMS) mission is to promote a wellness model of maternity care that will improve birth outcomes and substantially reduce costs. The first attempt consensus of CIMS is Mother Friendly Childbirth Initiative. The members ofClMS organize and find solutions according,to the principles such as the normal birth process, empowerment, autonomy, do no harm, responsibility of mother friendly birth services. In this review, which CIMS in mother friendly childbirth services organized by the principles, and it finds solutions in reducing maternal mortality, discussed the importance of Mother-Friendly Hospitals.
