Abstract :
Most of the chemicals, used in diagnosis and treatment of patients problems, during the application of protective processes and while taking hygenic precautions, on the other hand be an important source of danger fort he healthcare providers. While maintaining the healty conditions in the operating rooms. It is important to identify the chemical risks, to know their effects and to takeprecautions.The effects of chemicals used in operation rooms may vary according to their concentration, contact time and way, presence of other risk factors, individual characteristics and some other features. Preferring potentially less dangerous chemicals, ventilation, washing hands, wearing aprons and masks and other personel precautions, changing old equipments, monitoring the samples and biological monitoring can be considered as the major precautions.
