Abstract :
This study gives a brief overview of the recent situation that the foreign direct investments in Turkey are facing towards. Competition, employment and state incentives are determined as the main concerns to be discussed from academic literature. In the scope of the study, a quantitative research was performed among random foreign direct investment companies that happen to operate in Turkey and the results that are being obtained from the study is being presented in an analytical perspective. And finally, in the conclusion part the measures that are thought to be crucial for maintaining the level of foreign direct investments and attracting further are being discussed.
