Abstract :
The rapidly changing conditions of the working life changes the organizational structures and managerial styles with the help of the economic, social and cultural inflences constantly. Because of that, managing the change effectively becomes important for firm survival. Within the framework of these facts, the aim of this study is to examine the effects of the change management on financial performance, which is one of the most important indicators of a firm’s situation. To this end it has been performed a survey to the firms operating in electric sector from Ankara , İzmir and Marmara Region.
