Abstract :
Big changes have been comprised within the people’s life with rapidly progressive technology. In parallel with these, art notion also has the big change’s share. While both plastic arts and music and performing arts are being generated, it is made use of all possibilities of technology. In addition, it is seen that technology usage is more efficient for the desktop publishing compared to the classical art. Another difference of Media Design involved in the desktop publishing from the classical arts is to be done as commercial. The tendency of Audience, Listener and Users is pretty important along with aesthetic concerns for printed media, print ads, and radio and television production. In recent years, People prefer more applications and contents internet based with each passing day in order to meet the need they have for the media. Expansion of usage area of internet day by day, variation of the devices using internet and becoming these devices more ergonomic cause that people are gradually further interested in media. Also, necessity of the aesthetic concerns connected to a discipline in this field has been arisen. By the reason of the commercial concerns, especially user behaviors should be also followed for new media design, but not only for soul world of the designer, and new media art should be comprised in line with these data. Acting by evaluating the aesthetic concerns and user dynamics together within the new media art, a new art branch as yet, brings an art management necessity in this field. Owing to the fact that plastic arts and music and performing arts go long way back as compared with the desktop publishing, art management notion has become settled. With the aim of composing the art management notion within the new media which is a new area yet and we can evaluate within the desktop publishing, art management within the traditional arts has been examined for this study and the template of art management within new media has been comprised by taking into consideration the user dynamics. In this study, the design of internet news portals which is one of the most important factors comprising the new media has been examined. In this study, both expert opinions have been asked and also observations have been made. Moreover, the important titles have been removed; especially artistic concerns and user practices, at the stage of design by comprising internet news portals, the technologies used in user practice monitoring have been examined. In this manner, a general template has been made in new media related to art management.
