Abstract :
This study was conducted on 13 year-old Sultana (Vitis vinifera L.) grape cultivar grown on its own root in a vegetation period of 2012 in Manisa province. In this research, it was examined whether the applications of Control (C), Few Number Leaf Collection (FNLC), Normal Number Leaf Collection (NNLC), Much Number Leaf Collection (MNLC), FNLC+Potassium Humate (PH), NNLC+PH, MNLC+PH, FNLC+Micronized Calcite (MC), NNLC+MC, MNLC+MC, FNLC+PH+MC, NNLC+PH+MC, MNLC+PH+MC, on a leaf had effects on grape yield and quality in terms of the type of Sultana Seedless Raisins. In the result the highest grape yield (22.30 kg/vine) was obtained with MNLC+PH+MC; the highest cluster weight (430.63 g) with MNLC; the highest 100 berry weight (230.83 g) with FNLC; the longest berry (17.66 mm) with C; the widest berry (14.09 mm) with MNLC+MC; the highest maturity index (55.19) with FNLC; the highest grape juice yield (798.89 ml) with C; the highest raisin yield (253.20 g) with FNLC; the highest intensity of L* color (49.22) with MNLC+PH, (49.13) with NNLC and (48.93) with FNLC+MC applications; the highest intensity of a* color (-5.46) with C and (-5.11) with MNLC+PH applications; the highest intensity of b* color (18.45) with NNLC+PH and (18.21) with C applications. No significant effects were found on cluster length, cluster width and berry length/berry width values. To increase the grape yield of Sultana seedless variety, MNLC+PH+MC foliar application could be recommended.
