Abstract :
At the end of the twentieth century, many concepts about art are stil discussed. This concepts help us to understand work of arts which are produced at the present time and foresee it s expansion. Because art become more conceptual thanks to new media arts resources. This being conceptual is started to embrace when traditions of art decay. Concequently our expectation about wok of art completely change and this change features theory and ideology more than work of art s itself.
