Abstract
Art movement which emerged in America in the 1960s Minimalism is the leading artist Dan Flavin minimal understanding of art, giving examples from some of the studies have been conducted to make sense of the artist s works with the Gestalt theory of perception approach. Especially figure-ground relationship of Gestalt perception theory of integrated fluorescence Flavin sculpture, proximity, similarity, completion, the meaning is made in accordance with the principles of sustainability and simplicity.
