Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the conformity of constructivist learning theory depending on Bloom taxonomy of the achievements of the teaching program, secondary Music Lesson 5th, 6th, 7th, and the 8th classes. While this work is being done, the principles have been determined that the goals must have a curriculum based on constructivist understanding by reviewing the literature on the constructivist approach. 4 identified principles at reviewing the appropriateness of acquisitions are accepted as the basic criterion. In the study, all outcomes of the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, and the 8th grade Music Teaching Program were evaluated primarily in terms of cognitive, affective, and deviant within 4 principles. The results presented with learning areas and the data in the 2^nd principle were interpreted by giving frequency and percentage tables in cognitive field. As a result, it was found that the outcomes of Teaching Program were not arranged generally in accordance with the constructivist approach principles. Suggestions were made in the direction of making changes in order to arrange the Music Class Teaching Program and the outcomes in respect to the principles of the constructivist approach.
