Find adequate or inadequate according to the income level of employees organizational stress to study the effects of Press and Public Relations Directorate of the Parliament on a survey of employees, distributed by Vos-D Organizational Stress Measurement Survey data were collected. Research data, 14 were evaluated on the basis of the stress factor. T-Test were used for this study. Competence of personnel involved in the study group scores were examined by income level, income level, to have sufficient staff, excessive workload, role ambiguity, responsibility, will attend job-related uncertainty in decision-making process, lack of job satisfaction factors were measured stress score higher than the average for other personnel.
