Religious services have never been limited to the mosque since the age of happiness (the first era of Islam), but Islam has appeared in everywhere humanbeing live there. People’s religious needs have increased and diversified at present that witnessed speedy changes. In this sense, there are a lot of fields, outside of the mosque, suitable to present religious service. All along, our society has respected the religious officer (imam) as the leader of community. The community expects the religious officer to present services beyond his official and written tasks. This paper, at large, after examining the conceptual field concerning with the leadership side of the religious officer, deals with personel and social specialities which the religious officer as a leader of his society should have, in order to present more fruitful and useful services. Finally, the essential criteria of quality for services of religious officers as leaders of society will be studied.
