Abstract :
Detecting relationships between objects, the possibility of achieving some basic judgements depends on causality through these relationships. Through causality, we try to reach generally valid judgements about the truth that we are unable to surround within possibilities provided by experience and mind. In the same way, the causality relationship we have set up between phenomenons in order to acquire a coherent structure within itself as well, we need to end the causality relationship within a being that does not need the causality. Hume argues that in the determination of the causality relationship between phenomenon of the experienced world could not reach certainty, and therefore it cannot be mentioned that the universe has been come from nonexistence through a cause based on the causality within the universe. In this article, Hume’s criticize for cosmological argument in essence is based upon an approach toward that the process of human thinking could be explained without depending on God and mind. It is also tried to be put forward that Hume has claimed that the causality idea does not valid because the process of human thinking is independent of God and mind. Then, according to Hume, to be produced of the causality idea by the imagination is to invalidate the cosmological argument; hence, God and mind do not have any role in the process of thinking.
