Abstract :
The purpose of this research; power distance between teachers and manager that according to teachers opinions to examine. Research, qualitative designs have been created in. Qualitative research designs that are appropriate to the nature of the research science fact pattern is used. Study structurally semi-structured open-ended interview form; sampling method for sampling methods used criteria. In this context, interviews were conducted Kartal Ş. Öğretmen H. Ağırman Technical and Industrial Vocational High School with fourteen teachers who is working in the Taşdelen IMKB Technical and Industrial Vocational High School. In the research result, ‘Power distance between teachers and managers is a high power distance.’ was concluded.’ As a result of suggestions were expressed .quantitative research to investigate also connected to the Ministry of National Education in private and government schools of the power distance index was interrogated a profile.
