Abstract :
The aim of this research is to state the self-efficacy of Turkish teachers related to using of drama method and evaluate them in respect of several variables. The sample of research comprises 105 teachers (47 female, 58 male) working in Erzurum and Sivas in 2009-2010 academic year. ‘Personal Information Form’ used in study for determining teachers’ gender and priority and ‘Self-Efficacy Scale for Using of Creative Drama Method’ used in study for determining teachers’ self-efficacy related to using of drama method. Research’s data has been analyzed by means of SPSS 11.5 program. As a result of statistical analysis, it has been found that Turkish teachers have a self-efficacy with the level of I accept related to using of drama method and self-efficacy levels do not show a district difference according to variable of gender but there is a district difference in accordance with variable of seniority in favor of Turkish teachers having seniority between 1-5 years and 6-10 years.
