The data about web based e-learning environments were obtained from Department of Computer Technologies and Programming students in 2009-2010 spring term. To provide an authentic process and environment for students, user accounts were opened for each student and they were allowed to access to the web based learning software during three weeks. At the end of the duration the answers were recorded by means of structured interview. Data obtained from interview were analyzed by using qualitative analysis approaches in point of view of student’s perceptions and by means of QSR Nvivo 7 software and the results were discussed. According to the results, it was found that students’ perceptions of e-learning environments were high in sociability and evaluated it as a learning method which is independent from time and locality; they have no knowledge about technical structure of the platform and have developed positive attitudes about the process.
