A STUDY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM FOR THE MANAGER CANDIDATES IN THE TEXTILE COMPANIES
Abstract :
“Performance Appraisal” systems help the organization members to work effectively for a mutual target. For this reason, “performance appraisal” is the most critical management asset to improve the quality of the individuals and the organization. In other words, the effectiveness of the appraisal must always be evaluated. With regard to this evaluation, new arrangements should be made to upgrade the effectiveness of the appraisal. In this study, related literature for the performance appraisal has been reviewed and an effectiveness model of “performance appraisal” system has been designed for Textile Factory in Malatya accordingly. Therefore, the main contribution of this study is the development of a performance appraisal model for textile factory Questionnaire and interview methods were used in the study process for the development of the model and collecting data. Then, the data was analyzed by using appropriate statistical techniques via SPSS programme.
