مرکز منطقه ای اطلاع رساني علوم و فناوري - EVALUATION OF A FOUNDATION UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE TO PRIVATE PENSION SYSTEM

Abstract :

Social security system described as; the system which aimed to provide health service and income guaranty for individual and other relatives of them in case of elderliness, sickness, unemployment, work accident, disability, pregnancy and death in society. Individual pension system is also described as premium basal system which is directed by private company that aimed to provide income bracket in retirement and increase savings for individual pension. The importance of this research is drawing a general perspective about private pension and evaluating a foundation university academic personal ideas about private pension system by the method of making poll. In this research, it is aimed to execute feeling of foundation university academic personal about private pension system. Target population of the study is built up by 1202 instructor who is working in a foundation university. Samples of study are totally 289 instructors who are constituted by 77 associate professors and 212 docents. “Perspective to Individual Pension System Evaluation Questionnaire Form” is used for the data accumulation tool which is developed for this research. The data were analyzed with SPSS programme. At the end of this research findings are showed that there are meaningful relations between the variables like the age, gender, working year, level of income and point of view of private pension.
