THE BULGARIAN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY IN THE PROCESS OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION (1879-1885)
Abstract :
Bulgarians who remaining under the control of the Ottoman long period have risen due to flow of nationalism resulting from the French Revolution. The Ottoman Empire which defeat in Ottoman-Russian War (1877-1878) recognized Bulgaria regard as an autonomous principality and recognized the independence of the Bulgarians in 1908. Thus, the Bulgarians have completed as independent state by separating from Ottoman Empire this separation processes. The Bulgarians established their first national council which called Sobranya towards independence, and then prepared their constitution by taking the example of the Serbian constitution. In this article, ıt will be discussed those topics: The Bulgarians from autonomy to independence, the first Bulgarian National Assembly, preparation of the Bulgarian Constitution, The first political parties and groups operating in Bulgaria etc.
