Abstract :
This study examined the relationship between school climate and organizational trust according to the perceptions of secondary schools teachers. The sample of this study consisted of 250 secondary school teachers in Erzurum. The Organizational Trust Scale and the School Climate Scale were used to gather data. the perceptions of Teachers who participated in the study, about school climate and organizational trust were significantly associated with a high level positive correlation between total scores. When The results of the regression analysis examined, trust to administrator in teachers, Supportive Principal Behavior variable positively significantly predicted; trust in colleagues, Supportive Principal Behavior, Intimate Teacher Behavior and Collegial Teacher Behavior variables significantly predicted; trust in stakeholders, Collegial Teacher Behavior variable significantly predicted. trust to administrator and colleague, Disengaged Teacher Behavior variable negatively significantly predicted. At the results of the study, the impact of school climate on organizational trust was discussed.
