Abstract
With this study, it was aimed to preparing activities using drama in teaching ofscience subjects by Pre-School pre-service teachers. This study was conducted with a total of 35 volunteer pre-service teachers studying in 3rd grade in Pre-School Education, Faculty of Education at a state university in the north of Turkey. Five–person groups were formed from pre-service teachers who participated in the study and asked to plan drama activities for teaching science subjects. At the end of the study, it was determined that pre-service teachers prepared drama activities for teaching animals and their features, oral and dental health, the importance of hand hygiene, metamorphosis stages of a frog, circulatory system and the organs involved in digestive system and designed materials to be used in activities. As a result, it was found that the activities which pre-service teachers planned were interesting, funny for children and facilitator for learning science subjects and the materials they prepared had property to enable to create new ideas and improve imagination.
