Abstract :
Power amplifiers, working with radio frequency wireless transceiver systems usually provide the necessary gain and power circuit that feeds the antenna element. Main task of raising the output amplifier s input signal is applied to ensure the transfer with a minimum of distorsion. High-power for running the most current drawing system and the most heat-generating part. Therefore prolong the battery life of portable devices designed for power amplifier design is tried to be low power to spare and used in the circuit elements are selected accordingly. Advantage of active biasing, PHEMT (pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors) doesnt need to negative source in decrease mode. In this study, before the power amplifier was designed 3-stage, then a negative source removed and active biasing stage replaced. This study made for the 2.4 GHz transmitter 3-stage active biasing PA has been designed and results of the simulation circuit were examined.
