Abstract
Firm s logistic operations appears for cost and competition as crucial factor in globalizing world. 3PL provider selection is gained importance for firms that doing logistic operations by the help of 3PL firms. In 3PL provider selection, a lot of criteria should be considered by decision makers. Also, the problem is defined as Multi-Criteria Decision Making problem because of the existence of the relationship between criteria. In this study, ANP method based on BOCR criteria defined benefits, opportunities, costs and risk criteria is used. Sub-criteria and relationships are determined by experts participation and literature. At the same time, alternatives are ranked and a new method considered multi-criteria is offered to decision makers.
