Abstract
The notion of self-similarity of the automorphism group of a rooted tree is given in (Sidki, 1998; Nekrashevych, 2005). We define self-similar groups in the sense of iterated function system (IFS) in (Saltan ve Demir, 2013) and we investigate the properties of these groups in detail. In this paper, we show that two notions of self-similarity do not imply each other. Moreover, we examine similar and different sides of these two definitions.
