Mediastinal Ganglioneuroma : A Case Report

Abstract
Ganglioneuromas are rare, slow-growing, benign, neurogenic tumors that arise primarily from sympathetic ganglion cells and, less frequently, from the adrenal medulla, sympathetic and peripheral nerves. Case Report: Our patient with asthma bronchiale is 60-year-old male patient with a headache. He has at CT in the left hemithorax adjacent to the upper mediastinal mass 1.costa 4*3 cm in size showing a significant contrast enhacement of mass exists. Then, the mass was totally resected by a left posterolateral thoracotomy. No complications occurred within a follow-up period. The first rib used to remove benign lesions of the thoracotomy incision, small incision can be made with the help of video.
