Abstract
Although fibrous dysplasia is a rare, benign bone tumor, it has a potential of malignant transformation. Fibrous dysplasia may effect one or more bones. The most commonly involved areas in head and neck region are maxilla and mandibula bones. Paranasal sinüs involvement is rare. Surgical resection is the preferred treatment method in symtomatic patients. In this paper, a 33 years old woman complaining of headache and symptoms of sinusitis is presented with her paranasal Computed Tomography(CT) findings in which maxillary sinus is nearly completely.obliterated by fibrous dysplasia.
