Abstract
Today Endovascular treatment of aortic pathology is becoming increasingly common. Because of endovascular stent graft is more comfortable than traditional surgery and also mortality and morbidity rates is less. Spinal cord is the most sensitive organ to ischemia, wherein the damage can result in paraplegia. In order to prevent this complication of neurodefisit spinal cord blood flow must be sustained. In this case we purposed cerebrospinal fluid pressure reduction lumbar drain set was inserted preoperatively and CSF drainage was performed in the perioperative and postoperative period. Our patients without neurodefisit were discharged and one month later was called to the clinic control.
