Abstract
astrointestinal tuberculosis is the most commontype of extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Clinically, abdominal pain, weight loss, fever,fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting,bloating, night sweats, diarrhea, constipation,shows non-specific symptoms and signs. Theileocecal region on the mass as a result of mechanicalintestinal obstruction is rare cause ofacute abdominal syndrome. We present a casewith mechanical obstruction due to ileocecalmass which is almost so rare. We aimed to investigatethis case with performing right hemicolectomyand ileotransversostomi. Postoperativecourse was uneventful.
