Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate if satisfaction level of the patients/patients’ relatives from the services provided in the private offices of gynecologists and pediatricians differ or not? In this exploratory study, a questionnaire was applied to the mothers of the children attending to nursery school in order to determine their satisfaction level from the services provided in the private offices of gynecologists and pediatricians Surveying 238 patient/ patient relatives, and calculating the mean points of the satisfaction level from the provided health services, the difference was found that only in the statements of “possesses high level of medical ability”, “employs receptionists who possess a high level of technical skill” and “has a waiting room which contains confortable seating”. On the other hand, analyzing the general satisfaction dimension and the relation between general satisfaction and demographic variables, statistically significant differences were found on the satisfaction level of patient/patient relatives from the services provided by gynecologists and pediatricians in their private offices.
