Abstract
Theaim of this paper is determining effect of orientation training taken bay personnel of airport ground handling companies to organizational commitment and determining effectiveness of orientation training. Two scale survey has beenused in this study which is taken in to practice as a field research. Scales express attitude toorientation training and perception of organizational commitment. Validity and reliability of scales is found out convenient to apply. Universe of the research is personel working in Ankara Esenboga, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen, Dalaman, Milas-Bodrumand Antalya airport. 209 personnel has been attended to this research. Explanation rank of organizational commitment of orientation training is determined 15,3 % as a result of the research. The result point out that giving organizational training to personel could be said important for organizations.
