Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the affects of treatment and probation in Sakarya. The nature of the study consists of, 276 people. For this purpose, in the 2009 the survey was applied to 90 person’ who is in Sakarya Prabation and Help Central Department. The survey that was used in the research was developed by investigator. The collected data was analysed by using with quantitative and qualitative analaysis technigues. The participats explained that the reason of drug and stimulant were because of getting rid of trouble and negative friendship. It was obtainal tht the treatment and probation were generally effective on preventry crime.
