Abstract
The stres which has significant effects on prolificacy of employees and quality of the work reveals an emotion occuring in both positive and negative situotions and a kind of reaction occuring against some events. Stress is a factor that has significant effects on motivation level of employees. Motivation can change positively and negatively in the way according to rate of being exposured to stress. While the optimum level stres increases motivation, extreme stres decreases it. When the role of motivation on efficiency and prolificacy of employees is considered the need for stres management and increasing individual motivation emerge by using techniques for struggling with stress. The main aim of this research is to prove the effects on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with techniques for struggling with stress. In order to reach this aim a research has been performed on employees working in 10 banks in Erzurum. The data required for the search were obtained through questionnaire. These results indicate that techniques used for struggling with stress of employees affect motivation.
