Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation role of trust in supervisor on the relationship between employee’s insider perceptions and organizational citizenship behaviors. In this context, a field study was conducted on employees working in industrial enterprises operating in Kayseri Industrial Zone. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied to data which was driven from questionnaires of 512 employees in different industrial enterprises. According to analysis results, it was found that insider perception affects trust in supervisor and organizational citizenship behavior dimensions positively. Besides, it was assessed that trust in supervisor affects organizational citizenship behavior dimensions positively. Furthermore, it was stated that trust in supervisor partially mediated the relationship between insider perception and organizational citizenship behavior dimensions. These results revealed the significance of trust in supervisor on the relationship between insider perception and organizational citizenship behavior.
