Abstract
It has been thought that university students must be aware of Geography of Turkic World for being in the status to develop the relations between Turkey and Republics of Turkish in Geography of Turkey World. This study aims to investigate the awareness levels of university students on Geography of Turkic World.This research was designed through survey model which is one of quantitative research methods. In study, as data collection tool, a questionnaire form including three parts was utilized.The study group of this research consists of 800 university students chosen using stratified sampling method from faculty of education, faculty of art and literature, faculty of engineering, faculty of economics and administrative sciences, faculty of Islamic sciences, faculty of communication, and faculty of fine arts.The finding indicates that university students’ awareness levels about Geography of Turkic World are very low.
