Abstract
Natural and human attractions are important sources of supply for tourism. It is possible to investigate the natural resources under the headings within the types of attractiveness are geological, geomorphological, hydrographic, climatic, vegetation etc. However, it should not be forgotten that when natural resources are evaluated as touristic, they can be destroyed or not unlimited. In order for a responsible tourism activity to be possible, the importance of natural resources must be known. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the occurrence of rare natural areas with touristic potential and why they are rare. Taşyaran (İmren Deresi) valley, which is the subject of the research, is a natural attraction area which is located in Uşak province and where rare geomorphological shapes are found in Turkey. Within the scope of the research, the formation of geomorphological elements in the İmren Deresi-Taşyaran valley and the ecosystem characteristics of the environment have been determined by on-site observations and it has been tried to reveal the tourism potential of the area.
