Abstract
Growing importance of job satisfaction in present business life and insufficiency of the studies in forestry sector are the main reasons of this study coming out. The aim of the study is to determine satisfaction levels of executives and then to make suggestions for taking required precautions. In the study, questionnaire method was used for data collection method. Independent two sample t-test and one way analysis of variance were used to evaluate the data. Satisfaction levels related to character of business and working conditions, co-workers and communication and corporate image of the employee were high. It was found that wage is the least satisfactory factor for the employees and dissatisfaction of wage is getting worse as the age rises. To raise employees’ job satisfaction levels, better wage policy should be carried out and social facilities should be improved.
